Behind every AEC project is a team of experienced field personnel, environmental technicians, applicators and labour crews. Our people bring a combination of technical knowledge, practical experience and local understanding to the work we do throughout Alberta.

Through mentorship, training and hands-on opportunities, we continue developing our workforce and creating pathways for local people to build careers in the environmental industry.
